Ingredients
  

  • 200 gms paneer

     200 gms refined oil

     *      3 large onions 

    *      3 medium-sized tomatoes

     *      10 garlic cloves

     *      2 to 3 green chillies

     *      2 inches ginger

     *      1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder  Ingredients for Easy Paneer Recipe

  • *      1/2 tsp turmeric powder 

    *    1 tsp hot red chilli powder      

    * 1 tsp garam masala powder    

     *  1 tsp paneer masala powder (optional) 

    *      1 tsp cumin seeds

     *      3 green cardamoms

     *      1 black cardamom (optional)

     *      3 to 4 cloves (optional)

     *      1 cinnamon stick 

    *      1/2 tsp kasturi methi

     *      Few fresh coriander leaves

     *      1 tsp coriander powder

     *      3 tbsp curd

     *      Salt to taste

Method
 

  1. 1 Cut onion into slices and fry it, then make a paste
    2 Add tomatoes, green chillies, garlic, ginger and water and make a puree
    3 In a pan, add all the whole spices and add Kashmiri red chilli and turmeric, then add tomato puree and fry it
    4 Then add onion paste and fry it, then add the spices given, add curd and fry it
    5 Then add paneer and mix and cook, then add kasturi methi and green coriander and mix it
    6 Now take it out in a plate and serve with butter naan roti
