- 1 Cut onion into slices and fry it, then make a paste2 Add tomatoes, green chillies, garlic, ginger and water and make a puree3 In a pan, add all the whole spices and add Kashmiri red chilli and turmeric, then add tomato puree and fry it4 Then add onion paste and fry it, then add the spices given, add curd and fry it5 Then add paneer and mix and cook, then add kasturi methi and green coriander and mix it6 Now take it out in a plate and serve with butter naan roti
