This dish is made with just a few ingredients like cabbage, carrot, soya sauce, white pepper, cornflower and a few spices.

Step 1: To make vegetable manchurian dry bowl, first of all we will take 1 cup cabbage in a bowl, which we have finely chopped, along with it we have taken 1/2 cup carrot, which we have also chopped and 1/4 cup green onion, which we have also finely chopped, along with it we have taken 2 tsp green coriander.

Step 2: After adding green coriander, now add 1 inch ginger after chopping it, along with 2 tsp chopped garlic, add paste of 2 green chillies, along with 1 tsp light soya sauce and 1 tsp red chilli sauce, along with 1 tsp butter and salt as per taste and mix it lightly with hands.


Step 3: After mixing it well, now we will add 2 teaspoons of cornflower and 1 teaspoon of refined flour and mix it well. We do not have to mix too much cornflower and purpose flour at once.
It will keep releasing moisture and we will keep adding cornflower and refined flour to it.


Step 4: So even after adding 2 tsp cornflower and purpose flour, there is still moisture in it. So, we will add 2 tsp cornflower and 1 tsp purpose flour and mix it well.
After mixing it well, if there is still some moisture, then again we will add 2 tsp cornflower and 1 tsp purpose flour and mix it. So, we have added a total of 6 tsp cornflower and 3 tsp purpose flour.
Now it is perfect.


Step 5: Now its binding has become good, now we will give it the shape of a ball, so for giving the shape, first of all we will dip our hands in cold water and take some of the batter that we have prepared and with the help of our hands.

Step 6: After resting for 5 minutes, we will put another pan on the gas to fry it and put 350 grams of refined oil in it and heat it properly on medium, neither too much nor too less.
Once the oil is properly heated, we will put the Manchurian ball in it and keeping the flame of the gas on medium, fry it for 3 minutes without stirring so that it becomes a little golden brown color. Fry it once again for 30 seconds.

Step 7: So after frying it for 3 minutes, we will take it out and keep it in a sieve. Now we will heat the oil completely by increasing the flame of the gas.
After the oil is completely heated, we will put the fried Manchurian in it and fry it for 30 seconds while stirring it so that it becomes a little crispy.
So after frying it for 30 seconds, we will take it out and keep it in a sieve so that its extra oil gets drained. Now our Manchurian ball is ready. Now we make the sauce.


Step 8: To make the sauce for Vegetable Manchurian Dry, first of all we will put a vessel on the gas and add 2 teaspoons of oil in it and heat it well.
After the oil is heated well, we will add 2 teaspoons of chopped onion along with 4 teaspoons of chopped garlic and 1 teaspoon of chopped ginger along with 1 teaspoon of chopped coriander stalk and 1 to 2 chopped green chillies and 2 teaspoons of chopped capsicum and cook it well on high flame for 1 minute.



Step 9: After cooking for 1 minute on high flame, add 100 to 150 ml water and 2 to 3 teaspoons green chilli paste, 1 teaspoon dark soya sauce, 1 teaspoon vinegar, a little white pepper powder and salt as per taste and cook it well for 3 to 4 minutes.






Step 10: After cooking for 3 to 4 minutes, now we will take 1 teaspoon cornflower in a bowl and add two water to it and make a solution and add it to the sauce and mix it well so that our sauce becomes a little thick
After the sauce becomes a little thick, we will put the gas on low flame and add fried Manchurian in it, along with chopping some white onion, we will also chop the green onion and add it and mix it well quickly, do not cook it
After mixing it well, now our vegetable Manchurian dry recipe is ready, now let’s serve it.
