Make Tawa Paneer like this with images

Step 1: To make Tawa Paneer, first of all we will place a pan on the gas and put 2 to 3 teaspoons of oil in it and heat it up.

Step 2: After the oil gets heated, we will add 1 teaspoon cumin seeds, 2 green cardamoms and 3 cloves and 2 to 4 whole black peppers. We have to add all this after setting the gas on low flame.

After adding the black pepper, we will add 1 bay leaf and 2 medium sized onions cut into slices and mix them well.

Step 3: After mixing the onion well, add 1 inch chopped ginger to it along with 6 to 7 cloves of garlic and add some chopped coriander stalk to it. After mixing it, reduce the flame to medium and fry the onion till it becomes golden brown.

Step 4: After the onion becomes golden brown, we will add spices to it, so we will add 1/4 tsp turmeric powder along with 1 tsp hot red chilli powder, 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder.

and 1 tsp coriander powder along with 1 tsp cumin powder and in the last we will add 1/2 tsp black salt and along with it we will add some water and cook it well for 2 to 3 minutes.

Step 5: After cooking for 2 to 3 minutes, add 1 medium sized green capsicum cut into slices and also chop 2 to 3 medium sized tomatoes and add 2 more chopped green chillies.

and add salt as per taste and mix it well and add 150 ml water and cover it and cook for 6 to 7 minutes on medium flame.

Step 6: So after cooking for 6 to 7 minutes, turn off the gas and let it cool down so that we can get its puree.

So after it cools down, we will put it in a mixer jar and add some water to it and make it a fine puree.

Step 7: So after making the puree, we will now put a pan on the gas to cook it with paneer and add 2 teaspoons of ghee in it and let it melt.

After the ghee melts, we will add 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds and add 2 chopped onions and 2 table garlic cloves along with 1 inch ginger flakes and 2 sliced green chillies and fry it well until it becomes golden brown.

step 8: After it becomes golden brown, we will add 1/4 tsp turmeric and 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder and mix both of them.

After mixing, we will add 2 cups of puree which we have prepared. After adding it, we will mix it and cook it on medium flame for 10 minutes.

Step 9: While the puree is cooking, put some oil in a small pan on the side and add 1 medium onion cut into cubes and also add 1 medium capsicum cut into cubes. Toss it well and fry it.

Step 10: So after the puree gets cooked for 10 minutes, now we will add the onion and capsicum which we have tossed in it.

Along with that we will also add 250 grams of paneer cut into cubes. Along with that we will add some coriander powder and a pinch of Kasturi Methi powder. On top of that we will add chopped coriander and mix it well with light hands so that the paneer does not break.

Now our Tawa paneer is ready in restaurant style. So now let’s serve it.

Step 11: So to serve it, take it out in a plate and put some green coriander along with some grated cheese on it and you can serve it with naan roti or your favorite dish.
