Cut the paneer like this and fry it

To fry the paneer, first of all we will take 600 to 700 grams of paneer in a bowl. We have taken paneer from the market. If you can make paneer at home, then use homemade paneer.

After taking the paneer, we will cut it into cubes and now to fry it, we will place a pan on the gas and add 6 teaspoons of oil in it and let it heat up well.

After it gets heated well, we will put the cubes of paneer in it one by one and fry it well from all sides.

So to make the puree of greens we will use spinach, if you want you can use any other greens So to make the puree of spinach greens, first of all we will keep a vessel on the gas and put 6 cups of water in it and keep it to heat until smoke starts coming out of our water

Once the water starts smoking, we will take 2 bunches of spinach in it, we will put this spinach in the water and dip it with the help of a pinch and keep it for 30 to 40 seconds

After 30 to 40 seconds, we will take out the spinach from it and put it in a bowl of cold water and leave it in it for 2 minutes so that its color becomes beautiful

So after keeping the spinach in cold water for 2 minutes, now we will strain its water well and put it in a mixer jar and also add some green coriander so that its taste is absolutely unique and It will be full of fragrance

After adding coriander leaves, we will add 1 green chilli and 1 inch ginger to it so that it becomes spicy. After adding green chilli and ginger, we will add some water to it and make a smooth puree.

To make a smooth puree, we will put it in the mixer and grind it well so that the puree becomes smooth

After grinding it well, we will take out the spinach puree and our puree is also ready. Now we cook the paneer and spinach puree.

So to cook this simple saag paneer recipe, first of all we will put a pan on the gas and add 2 teaspoons of ghee in it. If you do not want to add ghee, you can use oil as well.

After adding ghee, we will let it melt so that it melts well and also gets a little hot.

After ghee melts, we will add 1 teaspoon cumin seeds in it, along with 2 whole dried red chilies, along with 2 bay leaves, 1 piece of cinnamon and we will also add 1 inch chopped ginger.

After adding these, we will add 2 to 3 chopped green chilies and also add 1 teaspoon asafoetida. We are not going to use onion and garlic in it.

So after adding asafoetida, we will now add 1 teaspoon red chili powder in it, along with 1/2 teaspoon turmeric and in the last we will add 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder in it. We will add salt, we have to use it later

After adding everything, we will mix it well. While adding the spices, keep the flame of the gas low.

After mixing it well, we will add 1/2 cup water and cook it on medium flame for 4 to 5 minutes so that it gets cooked a little.

So after cooking for 4 to 5 minutes, now we will add 2 tsp cashew paste and also 1/3 cup curd to it. Also add salt as per taste and mix it well and cook it for 5 to 6 minutes.

So after cooking for 5 to 6 minutes, we will add the spinach puree that we have made to it and after mixing it, add some flour to it and cook it well for 4 to 6 minutes. You can cook it as per your convenience.
Cook it for 4 to 6 minutes. After cooking for 6 minutes, we will add the paneer which we have cut into cubes and fried one by one and after adding the paneer, mix it

Once mixed, we will add 2 teaspoons of fresh cream and mix it too and cook for 3 minutes so that the cream mixes well with the paneer
