But not everyone knows what all we need to make Shahi Paneer and how to make it step by step.

So today we will know what all we need to make Shahi Paneer  and how much ingredients we need to add. If we don’t know how many ingredients we need to add in what ratio, then instead of Sahi Paneer we can make Butter Paneer or Paneer Masala because all have the same ingredients.

MAIN INGREDIENTS FOR MAKING SAHI PANEER!

INGREDIENTS

Paneer 200 grams Khoya 50 grams• Tomatoes 2 big size
• One big size onion
• Cashews 10 pieces
• Pistachios 8 pieces
• Mugs 10-15 pieces
• Cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon
• Garlic (optional)
• Ginger 1 inch
• Salt
• Cinnamon 1 piece
• Log 2 pieces
• Cardamom 2 pieces
• Butter 2 teaspoons
• Water 1 cup

Ingredient and Definition

 Cut two large size tomatoes into pieces, we do not have to peel them.
 One large size onion:- Cut one large size onion into medium size pieces, we do not have to peel it.

 Cashews 10 pieces:- Take water in a cup, put cashews in it and leave it for 5 minutes.
Pistachio 8 pieces:- We have to put it in water and leave it for 5 minutes.

  Megja 10-15 pieces:- Magaj gives a good flavour to our puree and gravy, you must use it.
Cumin seeds half spoon:- Cumin seeds make our gravy more good and tasty, you can use it according to your taste.

 Garlic:- If you say garlic, then you must add it so that it can add more flavour to it, but if you do not say then you can also leave it, it is not necessary.

 Ginger one inch:- If you chop one inch piece of ginger, then it will be your perfect paneer. This will make it more delicious, this is also optional, you can skip it.

 Salt: – Use salt according to your taste

Take two spoons of butter so that we can cook the gravy well and the taste is also good

Water 1 cup: – You can add more than 1 cup of water as per your taste

Now we will learn to make Shahi Paneer kaise banta hai step by step, let's see.

  shahi paneer kaise banta hai First of all we have to heat a pan by placing it on the gas. Keep in mind that the   flame of the gas should be medium. After it gets heated,

 Now we will put chopped tomatoes in it. Then after 10 seconds we will add our   chopped onion and mix it a little.

 Now we will add the cashews which we had soaked in water for 5 minutes, take   them out and put them in our pan.

 Along with this we will also add the pistachio seeds which we had soaked in water.   After this, mix everything once and fry for 30 seconds. Remember we don’t have to   add much, we still have to add more ingredients.

 Now we will add the magaj (spiced onion) and mix it for one more minute.

 Now we will add half a spoon of cumin seeds, 4 cloves of garlic, 1 inch piece of   ginger, 1 cinnamon stick, 2 cloves, 2 cardamoms, and salt according to taste. Now mix it for 2 minutes.

 After two minutes, now we will add 2 spoons of butter and fry for one more minute.   After frying for one minute, now add water to it and cook for 15-20 minutes. It will   be  cooked but you have to keep checking it frequently so that the gravy does not   dry up completely.

 After 15-20 minutes, we will turn off the gas, take the pan off and leave it to cool for   10 minutes because we have to make a puree of it. Now our masala has cooled   down. Now we will take a mixer jar and put this masala in it and make a puree of it.

 Now we have to strain this puree in a vessel because the tomato peel remains in it   which comes in the mouth while eating, so we will strain it with the help of a sieve.

 Now again we will heat a pan on the gas.

 After it gets heated, add 2 spoons of butter. When the butter melts a little, add red   chilli powder to it. Remember, we are making Tadka masala. Now add some turmeric   and coriander to it and mix everything.

 Now we will add paneer cut into small pieces and fry for 4 minutes. You can also   add  khoya to it.

 After frying for 4 minutes, now we will add the puree to it and add some salt on top   and cook for 10 minutes. Keep watching it in between so that the masala and gravy   do not stick to the pan.

 We will cook it. Cook on high flame till it comes to a full boil. After it starts to boil,   turn off the gas and take out the pan. Now our paneer is ready to be served.
