To make white chickpea recipe chola we have a Take a cooker and put your white gram in it and add three or four cups of water and put two big pieces of cardamom and two pieces of cinnamon and add some turmeric and close it and put it on the gas and it will whistle three or four times.
You can put it on the stove according to your quantity. We will let it whistle three or four times.

Now our 3 to 4 whistles have been heard, so we will turn off the gas and take our cooker off the gas. Now before opening the lid of the cooker, let all the gas escape.
When all the gas escapes, we will open the lid and take out our boiled white gram and keep it in a bowl.

Now our gram has boiled. Now we will take a pan. If you want, you can make it in the cooker too. So we will put the pan on the gas and we can put 10 grams of refined oil or whatever you like in it, but we are using refined oil.

After pouring the oil, we will let it heat up a little. When it gets a little hot, we will add the spices one by one. Now our oil has become hot, so first of all we will add 1 tsp green chilli paste in it and add 2 tsp ginger paste along with it and fry it for 2 minutes.

After frying for 2 minutes, we will add 3 spices in it. Add the large chopped onion and fry it for 2 more minutes so that no ingredient remains raw
Now after frying for 2 minutes, we will add 2 large chopped tomatoes and 1 tsp fenugreek leaves and cook for 4 more minutes so that the tomato melts well and leaves some water

Now we have cooked the tomato for 4 minutes and now we will add all the spices one by one. So first of all we will add 2 tsp garam masala and 2 tsp turmeric powder and 2 tsp red chilli powder, 2 tsp chaat masala and 2 tsp ghaniya powder and 1/2 miloni masala and we will add 2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder so that the white chickpea recipe chole gets a good color
And in the last we will add some salt and mix everything and after adding some water we will fry everything We will fry it on medium flame for 10 minutes so that our masala does not remain raw and the taste of spices does not come in the mouth while eating, only the taste of spices is felt, that is why we cook the spices well.

Now our masala is cooked well and is also leaving oil from the side, so now we will put the boiled white chickpeas in it. We had added cardamom and cinnamon while boiling the white chickpea recipe, so now we will not add cinnamon and cardamom in it

After putting the boiled white chickpeas in the masala, we will mix it on medium flame for 3 minutes. After mixing for 3 minutes, we will add 2 teaspoons of tamarind and salt according to taste and 5/5 cup of water, mix it and cover it and cook well for 15-20 minutes. You can add water according to your quantity and cook

So after cooking for 15-20 minutes, now our white chickpea recipe chola is ready, very tasty and full of spices. Try making it at home in this way, you will enjoy it
