Step 1: To boil the pasta, we will put water in a vessel and place it on the gas and leave it to heat on high flame. Meanwhile, we will cut the veggies.


Step 2: So we will cut the broccoli as shown in the image, then we will cut the red capsicum into triangles and along with that we have also taken some cones.



Step 3 : So after the water gets heated properly, we will put 2 teaspoons of salt in it and also add 200 grams of pasta. You can add more or less of it. After adding the pasta, we will mix it and 8 to 10 minute boyle well so that it does not stick.



Step 4 : Till then we will take a pan and put it on the gas and add 2 to 3 teaspoons of oil in it and heat it well so that its rawness goes away well.

Step 5 : Now we will add 1 teaspoon 5 to 6 garlic cloves which I have chopped. Along with this, we will add 1 teaspoon chili flakes and after mixing it well, we will leave it for just 30 to 40 seconds.


Step 6: After 30 to 40 seconds, we will put 1 cup tomato puree in it. You can make the puree at home as well and can use it as well but it does not give any color, that is why I have used market puree.
Now after adding this, we will put 1 tsp black pepper powder in it and add salt as per taste and after mixing it well, cook it for 2 to 3 minutes on high flame.




Step 7: So it has been 8 minutes since the pasta has been boiling. Now we will add broccoli and corn to it and blanch it for 1 minute so that it becomes a little soft.
After it is done for 1 minute, we will take it out and put it directly in our sauce.


Step 8 : After adding it to the sauce, we will add the red capsicum cut into triangles into it and mix it well so that it gets mixed well.


Step 9 : After mixing it well, we will cook it for 1-2 minutes so that it mixes well with the sauce and absorbs the flavour of the sauce.
After 2 minutes of cooking, it is ready but it is dry. If you like dry pasta, you can serve it like this. But if you like Latpata, then add some water from the water in which we boiled the pasta and mix it well and mix it for 1 minute. Now this pasta is ready to become Latpata


Step 10: Put some cheese over this pasta and mix it well and then take it out in a plate and serve it.
