Step 1: To make masala tea powder, first of all we will take 25 to 30 grams of rose leaves along with 20 to 25 mint leaves, this keeps our stomach cool, along with this we will take 10 to 15 basil leaves and wash them all well.

Step 2: After washing it properly, we will put it in a pan and dry it well on medium flame and make it a little crispy so that it is suitable for making powder. We will dry it while mixing it.

Step 3: After drying it well, we will take it out and keep it aside and let it cool down. Now we will put the gas on very low flame and add some spices in it.

like 2 tbsp cumin seeds and 1 tbsp fennel seeds along with 10 pieces of black pepper and 20 pieces of green cardamom, 5 to 6 pieces of log and along with 1 piece of cinnamon and 1 tsp celery and mix it well and fry it on medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes.

Step 4: So after frying for 2 to 3 minutes, its color has changed. Now we will take it out and let it cool down so that it can be grinded properly.

After it cools down properly, we will put it in the mixer jar and also add the dried rose, mint and basil leaves and also add 1 teaspoon dried ginger powder and also add 1 teaspoon black salt and grind it.

Step 5: After grinding it properly, we will take it out and keep it in a plate and leave it in the air for a while. After it gets exposed to the air, we will put it in a glass container and keep it. We can store it for 6 months.

So now our masala tea powder is ready. Just add it while making lemon tea and cook it a little and enjoy it.
