• Bottle gourd 500 grams
• Curd 500 grams
• 2 teaspoon mustard oil
• 1 teaspoon cumin powder(jira powder)
• 1 teaspoon black pepper powder home made
• 1 teaspoon red chili powder ( lalmirch powder )
• 1/2 teaspoon fenugreek powder
• 1 teaspoon coriander powder
• 2 teaspoon green coriander
• 2 teaspoon black salt
• 2 teaspoon white salt
• 1 teaspoon chaat masala
Step By Step To Make Loki Raita
First of all we will take the bottle gourd and peel it with the help of a peeler. We have to peel it properly.
After peeling the bottle gourd, wash it with one or two waters. After washing the bottle gourd, we will grate it with the help of a grater.
After grating it, we will again wash it well with one or two waters.
After washing it well, now take it out of the water and drain out the water properly so that our bottle gourd gets roasted quickly, otherwise if there is water, it takes time to roast it.

After the water is drained properly, we will now place a pan on the gas to roast it. After placing the pan on the gas, we will add 2 teaspoons of mustard oil to it. Now our mustard oil will become a little hot.
So we will add 1 teaspoon of mustard seeds to it and mix it. After mixing the mustard seeds, now we will add the grated bottle gourd to it and mix it. After mixing it well, we will set the flame of the gas to medium. Cook for 3 minutes

After cooking for 3 minutes, add all the spices one by one like 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp black pepper powder made by roasting at homeAlso add 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp Kasturi Methi powder and cook for 2 minutes
When our gourd gets cooked for 2 minutes, then add 1 tsp ghaniya powder, 1 tsp chat masala and cook for 5 more minutes so that our masala gets cooked well and the flavour of all gets enhanced
Now our gourd has been cooked for 5 minutes, now we will add curd in it but you should mix it well so that there should not be any lumps in it otherwise our raita can become broken, that is why you should take curd in a bowl and beat it well and make a smooth juice and then add it to the gourd, now after adding curd, mix everything well and heat the pan and cook for 12 minutes

Now our gourd has been cooked with curd for 12 minutes, now turn off the gas and keep it aside Take the pan off and remove the lid of the pan and put the Lauki Raita in a bowl. Now our Lauki Raita is ready. You must try to make it at home once. You will definitely like it.
