How to Coat Crispy Paneer

To coat the paneer, first of all we will cut 250 grams of paneer in diamond shape. You can also cut it in cubes. So after cutting paneer in diamond shape, we will take it in a bowl. You can also take homemade paneer.
Now we will add salt as per taste and also add 1 pinch of black pepper powder and 2 teaspoons of cornflour. After adding cornflour, we will toss the bowl and mix the cornflour with paneer properly.We do not have to use our hands because hands do not mix cornflour with paneer properly.
So after mixing it properly, we will sprinkle some water in it and then add 1 teaspoon of cornflour and toss it once again and mix it well.So now our crispy chilli paneer coating is ready. Now let’s see how we will fry it.

After coating the crispy chilli paneer, now to fry it, first of all put 500 grams of refined oil in a vessel and put it on the gas and heat it well on 170 degrees or high flame.

After it is heated well, now we will put the paneer coated with cornflour one by one in it and fry it on high flame for just 2 minutes. 

We do not have to fry it too much, just fry it till light golden brown. So after frying for 2 minutes, now our paneer has become golden brown. Now we will take it out with the help of a sieve and keep it on the side so that its oil drains out well

How to make chilli sauce for crispy chilli paneer

So to make chilli sauce for crispy chilli paneer, first of all we will take a deep pan and put it on the gas and heat it.

After the pan becomes firm, we will add 1 teaspoon refined oil in it and let it heat up a little.

After the oil is heated, we will chop 2 medium sized onions and add them to it. Along with this, we will also chop 4 teaspoons garlic and add them and chop 1 teaspoon ginger and add them.

And fry everything for 1 to 2 minutes while stirring so that the harsh taste of garlic goes away.

After frying for 1 to 2 minutes, we will add water and add 2 teaspoons dark soy sauce and 1 teaspoon light soy sauce and 1 teaspoon green hot chilli paste. Along with 1 teaspoon chopped coriander stalk and add them. Chop 2 to 3 green chillies and add them to it. Add salt and 1 tsp vinegar as per the taste and mix them well.
After mixing them well, now to thicken the chilli sauce of crispy chilli paneer, add 1 tsp cornflour in a bowl and add some water and mix well.Now, little by little, add it to the onion gravy that we have prepared and thicken it so that the sauce becomes very good.

Now, after it thickens, add 1/2 tsp sugar to it and add the fried paneer to it. We will also add some veggies to it.

Like some chopped coriander, some chopped green onion and we will also add 1/2 cup of chopped onion and 1 cup of medium-sized capsicum cut into cubes and add it. Add some salt as per the taste and mix well. Mix it and cook it for 2 minutes

After cooking it for 2 minutes, we will take it off the gas. We do not have to cook it much because it has already been fried, so we cook it for just 2 minutesSo now our crispy chilli paneer is ready in restaurant style and the taste is very unique, now we serve it

• 2 tsp dark soya sauce

• 1 tsp coriander stalk
• 2 to 3 green chillies
• Salt according to taste
• 1 tsp vinegar
• 1/2 cup onions
• Some green coriander
• 1/2 tsp sugar
• Some green onions
• 1 medium sized capsicum
