So, today you can make a very easy dish and give it to your kids for breakfast which is completely healthy and full of taste. It can be made with just a few ingredients like Jaggery, Capsicum, Mayonnaise, Butter and Bread. So, let’s see how it is made

Veg Sandwich for Lunch Box Ingredients

 1/2 cup carrots
 1/2 cup capsicum
 1 tsp green chillies
 4 to 5 tsp mayonnaise
 1/2 tsp chaat masala
 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
 Salt as per taste
 1/2 tsp oregano
 White bread 3 slices

How to make this sandwich? Just 6 simple steps with images

Step 1: To make veg sandwich for lunch box, first of all we will prepare the stuffing of the sandwich. So, to make the stuffing, we will take 1 finely chopped green chilli in a bowl and take 1/2 cup chopped capsicum and 1/2 cup chopped carrot and also 1/2 cup chopped onion.

Step 2: After taking all the veggies, now we will add 1/3 teaspoon of chilli Flex along with it, add 1 teaspoon of oregano, add 1/2 teaspoon of chaat masala powder and add salt as per taste. You can also increase or decrease the spices as per your taste.

Step 3: After adding the spices, now we will add 4 to 5 tablespoons of mayonnaise. Use it in large quantity, not less.

After adding mayonnaise, we will mix it well so that it blends well with the vegetables and spices.

Step 4: After mixing it well, we will take white bread. I have used white bread, you can also use brown bread.

After taking white bread, put the stuffing on it and spread it all around. Then take a slice of bread and apply 1/2 teaspoon tomato ketchup on it and put 5 to 6 cucumber slices, 1 to 2 tomato slices and some onion rings and 1 cheese slice on it and put it on top of the stuffed bread.

Step 5: Then take a slice of bread and apply some butter on it and cover both the slices properly

Now take a pan and put some butter in it. After it gets a little hot, put the prepared sandwich in it and put some stuffing on top so that it gets pressed properly

If you have a sandwich utensil then you can make it even more easily in it. Now we will make it crispy from both the sides.

Step 6: Garnishing and Serving Veg Sandwich
After it becomes crispy from both the sides, we will take it out and cut it in triangle shape and put some ketchup, mayonnaise and some masala on it and serve it with green chutney and tomato sauce

White bread is quite bland, but if you want a healthier option, try brown bread. It is good for health.

Prepare the vegetables: Chop the carrots, chop the capsicum and green chillies. Cut the cucumber, tomato and onion into round pieces.

Mix: In a bowl, add carrots, capsicum, green chillies and 4 to 5 tablespoons of mayonnaise. Add red chilli, oregano and chaat masala and mix everything.

Make the sandwich:

Put the prepared stuffing on a slice of white bread and spread it all around.

Add the chopped veggies.

Place cucumber slices, tomato slices and onion rings on top.

Place a slice of cheese and cover it with another bread slice.
