 But when the family took a bite, everyone said – “This is even better than the restaurant!”

Today we will make a healthy version of pasta in white sauce with vegetables, which will be amazing in taste and perfect for health as well.

📝 Required Ingredients – Whatever is needed for tasty pasta

  • Ingredients Quantity
  • Pasta (penne/macaroni) 1 cup
  • Milk (full cream) 2 cups
  • Maida (all-purpose flour) 2 tbsp
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Grated Cheese ½ cup
  • Boiled Broccoli ½ cup
  • Chopped Carrot ½ cup
  • Capsicum (red/green/yellow) ½ cup
  • Corn (boiled) ¼ cup
  • Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Oregano + Chilli flakes 1 tsp each
  • Salt As per taste

Step-by-Step Recipe – Original Recipe of White Sauce Veg Pasta

1️⃣ Pasta ko Boil Karna

• Put water in a deep pan and add some salt and oil to it.• When the water starts boiling, add the pasta.• Boil the pasta on medium flame for 7-8 minutes, until it becomes soft.• After that, drain it and rinse it with cold water.

2. White Sauce Banana (Béchamel Sauce)

Melt 2 tbsp butter in a non-stick pan. Add 2 tbsp flour and fry well (for 2-3 minutes, the color should not change).

Now add milk slowly and whisk continuously (for lump-free sauce).
When the sauce starts becoming thick, then add cheese, salt, black pepper, oregano and chilli flakes.Your creamy white sauce is ready.

3️⃣ Vegetables ko Sauté Karna

Heat 1 tbsp butter in a pan. Add carrots, capsicum, corn and broccoli in it and sauté lightly (let it remain crunchy). Add salt and a little black pepper powder and mix. Keep it on the side.

4️⃣ Pasta Assemble Karna

After adding all the veggies, now we will add the boiled pasta in it and we will also add oregano and black pepper and add salt as per taste and mix it well and cook it for 1 to 2 minutes.

After it gets cooked for 1 to 2 minutes, we will add it in the white sauce and mix it well and cook it for 2 minutes so that it gets mixed well with the white sauce. Now it has been cooked well for 2 minutes and it is ready.

• Garnish with grated cheese and oregano.
