How to make Paneer crispy

To make paneer crispy dry, first of all we will cut 250 grams paneer into cubes in a bowl and put it in it. Now to coat it, first of all we will add 2 teaspoons cumin powder, along with 1 teaspoon hot red chilli powder, 1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli powder, 2 teaspoons cornflour, add some water and salt as per taste and mix it well.

After mixing it well, we will cut the side parts of the bread in another bowl and put it in the mixer and make it into a powder.

After making the bread powder well, we will add the paneer that we have coated in it and mix it well so that it sticks to all sides of our paneer.

So we have mixed it well with the bread powder. Now to fry it, we will place a vessel on the gas and put 500 grams refined oil in it and heat it well on high flame.

So the oil should be good. After heating it, we will put the coated paneer in it along with the bread and keeping the flame high, we will fry it well from both the sides till it becomes golden brown so that our paneer becomes crispy.

After frying it well, when our paneer becomes golden brown, we will take it out with the help of a sieve and keep it aside so that the little oil in it also gets drained. Now we have fried the paneer crispy.

How to make Dry Masala for Paneer Crispy

To make the masala for paneer crispy dry, first of all we will take a pan and heat it a little. After heating the pan a little, we will add 1 teaspoons of oil and heat it a little.

So after the oil is heated, we will add 2 medium sized onions chopped into pieces. Along with that we will add 1 teaspoon of chopped garlic and 1 teaspoon of ginger and fry it well till it is golden brown.

Now our masala has become golden brown. Now we will add 1 teaspoon soya sauce to it and add 1 teaspoon of roasted fenugreek and add salt according to taste. In the last we will add some water and cook it well so that it becomes dry.

After cooking the masala well, we will add 1/2 cup of chopped onion to it and add 1 yellow capsicum chopped into cubes and add it. Add some water and salt and cook it for 3 minutes.

After cooking it well for 3 minutes, we will add the fried paneer to it and also chop 1 teaspoon of coriander leaves and add it to it. We will also add some paneer masala and mix it well. We do not have to cook it much.

Because we have already cooked it, after cooking it for 3 minutes, we will take it off the gas and take it out in a plate.
