I thought I would try it but I made some changes to it and then I kept making it in different ways for 2 years and then I got the experience to make the best one.
And my family got addicted to it. It is creamy, delicious and tastes great.

Butter Paneer Masala also known as Paneer Butter Masala is a delicious and creamy curry made with paneer, spices, onions, tomatoes, cashews and butter.
As the name suggests, the curry is cooked in butter which gives the dish its special buttery flavour.

Today I am going to help you make this Butter Paneer Masala recipe in my own easy and best Butter Paneer Masala or Paneer Butter Masala which tastes better than any restaurant dish.

INGREDIENTS FOR MAKING BUTTER PANEER MASALA PUREE
Tomatoes:- 4 medium size tomatoes cut into pieces
10 garlic cloves, one fourth ginger,
coriander stalk 2 table sapnu, one green chilli cut into pieces, 1 table sapnu Kashmiri red chilli, one sapnu coriander powder, 1/2 sapnu cumin powder, 10-15 pieces of soaked or boiled cashews. We will put all these things in the mixer and make a puree of it.
Remember that the puree should not be too thin otherwise the gravy of our butter paneer masala will not be thick and there may be lack of taste in our butter paneer masala, so keep this thing in mind so that our butter paneer masala looks good and is number one in eating.
Now we will fry the paneer so that it does not leave its shape.
First of all, we will heat a pan by placing it on the gas. After the pan gets heated, we will add some oil and butter in it and melt it.
After the butter melts, we will put some oil and butter in it. Add 500 grams of chopped paneer, add some salt and fry it for 3 minutes. After frying, take it out in a bowl.















TO PREPARE THE MASALA HOW FOR BUTTER PANEER MASALA
Now we will prepare the masala for butter paneer masala.
Again we will heat a pan on the gas. After the pan is heated, we will add 2 tablespoons of oil and 1 tablespoon of butter.
When both are heated, we will add some cumin seeds, 3 green cardamoms, half an inch of cinnamon, one bay leaf, one tablespoon of chopped garlic and one chopped green chilli and fry them a little.
After frying them a little, we will add 3 medium sized onions by chopping them or cutting them into small pieces and fry them on medium high flame till they become light brown.
When they become light brown, now we will add 1 tablespoon of turmeric powder and half a spoon of Kashmiri red chilli and mix them.
Now sprinkle some hot water in them and cook these masalas.














NOW WE WILL LEARN TO MAKE BUTTER PANEER MASALA STEP BY STEP, LET'S SEE.
Then now we have prepared this masala, now we will add the puree that we made in the beginning and add a little salt and a pinch of sugar so that the sourness of the tomato is balanced. Now we will cook all this on medium high flame for 15 minutes so that the cashews that we have added in it do not become too sweet and we enjoy eating butter paneer masala.
Now we will see after 15 minutes, if the gravy starts leaving oil from the sides, then we will add hot water to it and cook for 2 more minutes.
After it is cooked for 2 minutes, now we will add fried paneer to it and add some more masalas on top.
Like 50 grams of cream, some butter and also add garam masala, roasted kasturi methi and cook it for 2 more minutes.
After it is cooked for 2 minutes, now we will turn off the gas and take the pan out and keep it on a table or somewhere else. Our butter paneer masala is ready. It is ready to serve.

INGREDIENTS FOR MAKING PURI
• 4 medium sized tomatoes
• 10 cloves of garlic
• 1 inch ginger
• 2 tablespoons sapnu ghaniya dhantal
• 1 green chilli
• 1 tablespoon Kashmiri red chilli
• 1 tablespoon sapnu ghaniya powder
• Half teaspoon cumin seeds
• 15 cashews soaked in water
INGREDIENTS TO MAKE THE MASALA FOR BUTTER PANEER MASALA
• 1 tablespoon oil and one tablespoon butter
• Paneer 500 grams
• Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
• 3 green cardamoms
• Half inch ginger
• 1 bay leaf
• 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
• 1 green chilli
• 3 medium sized onions
• Turmeric powder
• Half teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli
• Cream 30 grams
• Butter 50 grams
• A pinch of sugar
• Water 1 cup
• Garam masala half teaspoon
• Roasted fenugreek half teaspoon
